At MASS KH, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all products. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange it for you.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. To start the process, please contact our support team with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, along with the reason. We will then provide you with return instructions.

Opened/Used Products

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. Opened or used products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are defective or damaged. If you’re not satisfied with an opened product, contact us, and we will consider your request. We may ask for feedback so we can improve our offerings and pass your comments to the respective brands.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, returns are processed within 24 hours. If you are shipping from within Cambodia, most packages will arrive within a day. For returns outside Cambodia, please note that processing times may be longer, and returns are generally not cost-effective due to shipping and customs duties.

International Returns

For customers outside of Cambodia, returning products can incur significant shipping and customs fees. In most cases, we do not recommend returns from international locations for this reason. Please contact our support team for further advice.
